"I've read it a few times now and found it engaging, provoking and unsettling - all welcome reactions from reading poetry in these times. I had lots of interesting thought lines to follow - the meaning of the word 'sanction', who in society has an 'audience' and the barrage of different reactionary statements was really uncomfortable, like the Daily Mail headline generator on bleeding autocorrect or autoselect or something. Those moments where you found yourself agreeing with a statement, only to be straightaway wrong-footed, and trying to detect an authoritative voice in the mix - ending with the internet + thinking of the preceding content as an unstemmed flow. Great!"

Iain Morrison, March 2017
